Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the request and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers: AWS for cloud storage and hosting
- Integration partners: MyGeotab and camera vendors as necessary to provide platform functionality
- Service providers: Email delivery (ZeptoMail) and analytics tools
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. See our Security page for more details.
